Please note: the Vierdaagse takes place in Nijmegen from July 18 to 24. You may experience some disruption, so leave on time. Check here for the best parking options. We recommend using public transport. Parking garages have limited accessibility during Vierdaagse week.

At muZIEum, you can use the Meedoenregeling, U-pas, Gelrepas, and Klavervierpas. Payment is possible with the Lokale bon (at the counter only), Tosss gift card (at the counter only), Ohmygood gift card (also online), and the CJP culture budget (for schools). We also accept the Museumkaart and the VriendenLoterij VIP card. Receive a €1 discount with your library card from Bibliotheek Gelderland Zuid. Reservations can be made by phone or via reserveringen@muzieum.nl.

Parking
The most convenient places to park are Mariënburg Car Park or Keizer Karel Car Park.
Please note that Mariënburg Car Park is only open from 10:00 am on Sundays.
Public transport
We are a 15-minute walk from Nijmegen Central Station. If you are travelling by bus, the nearest bus stop is Plein 1944.

The muSEEum-café
Before or after your expedition, you are welcome in our completely renovated muZIEum café. Here you will find an extensive range of hot and cold drinks, sweet and savory snacks, and space to truly relax. Play a game, chat about your experience, or talk to our blind and visually impaired guides to learn even more about their world.

Moet ik altijd van tevoren reserveren?
Ja, door de grote belangstelling raden we je aan je beleving van te voren te boeken, zo staat er altijd een gids voor je klaar. Dit geldt ook als je een Museumkaart of VriendenLoterij VIP-KAART hebt.
Kan ik mijn Museumjaarkaart of VriendenLoterij VIP-KAART gebruiken?
Je kan gebruik te maken van je Museumkaart of VriendenLoterij VIP-KAART. Hiermee bezoek je onze tentoonstelling 'Unseen' gratis. Voor de Expedities betaal je een toeslag van 13 euro. We raden aan je bezoek te reserveren. Je kaart is geldig voor maximaal 1 persoon. Het is niet mogelijk om je museumkaart of Vriendenloterij VIP-kaart bij ons te kopen.
Ik heb tickets geboekt, maar niet het hele gezelschap gaat mee. Wat nu?
Een optie is om langs te komen met de mensen die wel kunnen, de niet-gebruikte tickets zijn daarna niet meer geldig. Je krijgt voor de niet-gebruikte tickets geen geld of andere vergoeding terug.
Ik wil annuleren, kan dat?
Dat vinden wij natuurlijk jammer, maar het kan wel. Echter, hebben wij deze plaats(en) wel vastgehouden en gezorgd dat er voor iedere beleving een gids ingepland is. Om die reden hanteert het muZIEum annuleringsvoorwaarden.

Krijg ik mijn geld terug als ik te laat ben of niet kom?
Mocht je na de reservering niet of te laat arriveren, dan ontvang je geen geld of ander vergoeding terug van de toegangsprijs.
Ik ben te laat, wat moet ik doen?
Zorg ervoor dat je op tijd aanwezig bent. Te vroeg komen is niet erg, er is genoeg te doen in muZIEum voor je aan je beleving start. Lukt het echt niet om op tijd te komen? Bel ons via 024 - 200 10 50, dan kijken we graag met je naar de mogelijkheden.
Kan ik groepskorting krijgen?
Nee, dit is niet mogelijk. Onze missie is het creëren van werkgelegenheid. Dit doen wij zonder structurele subsidie en daarbij zijn we dus afhankelijk van de inkomsten van entrees. Daar zijn we natuurlijk heel trots op, maar dat houdt ook in dat we geen korting kunnen bieden.
